AIRTEL SUCKS BIGTIME

I have a few complaints about your pathetic company-

1. AIRTEL charges for some antivirus sneakily, without informing the customer clearly that this is going to be paid to him. You charge 60 rupees a month for some shitty antivirus which you never sold upfront to a customer with a clearly indicated price. This is CHEATING.

2. Your AIRTEL website does not work properly. In my account for my digital TV I have the option of adding another service. However that only accepts 10 digit numbers, while my phone number is 01244050419. Are you mad?

3. When I attempt to pay my bill, through the Bank Gateway option in the Easy Pay section of your AIRTEL site, it sends me an sms password which is all scrambled up like - @#RW$%$Q#@^!O@#$@#$#@^@%&#^$&%^%#%^@%@$%@^@#$^@%. What do I do about this. When I ask your customer centre to send it to another number, you say it will take 24 hours. 24 hours to send an SMS to another number, for a telecom company. Are you a bunch of incompetents. Ooops sorry, easy question.

4. When I try to reset the password through your forgot password option, AIRTEL then tells me to send an sms to 121 saying WEBPSWD. On doing that I get 3 sms back, none which are related to the password, but instead tell me how to buy your stupid value added services.

5. When I call your customer service centre, where the calls are charged. I have to call 10 times during one day. Each time they say we have reset the password and send you an email. The first few emails have passwords, but unfortunately none of them work. The last 3 times, no email ever arrives. Every time someone tells me , " we are resetting your password and sending it in an email" and nothing happens. I ask that can you please just tell it to me. They say no. I ask , can you SMS it to me, they say no. What shitty standard of service are you providing to your customers. I think this is the first and last time I will ever use any Airtel Product.
